Features:
●Commonly used straight groove taps can process raw materials and materials with lower hardness such as copper alloy and aluminum alloy.
●Since the cutting edge of straight groove taps is not as sharp as that of down-angle taps and spiral flute taps of the same size, please use special blade angle or spiral flute taps when processing materials such as stainless steel or quenched and tempered steel.
●Straight fluted taps are not conducive to chip removal. Please pay attention to timely retraction and chip removal to avoid clogging and breakage.
